About DK

David Koh qualified as an architect in 1986 and has worked predominately in Malaysia. He established D K Architect as sole-practice in 1992 with completed projects such as Langkawi International Exhibition Centre, Limbang Hotel Complex and City Tower in Sarawak, Malaysia.

Having graduated with distinction from Oxford School of Architecture, now Oxford Brookes University, David qualified as a Corporate member of RIBA in 2000, and currently as registered Architect in Malaysia.

David migrated to Australia in 2005 and set up Positive Homes Pty Ltd as a vehicle to extend his entrepreneur venture in Australia. Since then Positive Homes has gained momentum as architect/developer.

David has exceptional experience of the retail and leisure sectors, although recently he has begun to specialize in town centre regeneration schemes, many of which are commercial  driven. His work has included the master planning of several Perth City centre mixed-use developments.

Recent projects include Xianyang Forest Garden Hotel, Xian International Logistic Park, Hainan Resort Hotel.
