Positive Gold Plc is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of Properties for the potential mining of gold, metals and diamonds in South America, initially focusing on exploration for gold on its properties in Guyana. The Company presently has an interest in approximately 7113 Acres of mineral properties in Guyana, including the "Positive Gold" project in north-central Guyana consisting of 7 permits covering some 21,388 acres (actual mining area is 7,113 acres) in the Mazaruni Mining District No. 3. Future Positive Gold will involve in gold mines of Borneo, China, Ecuador and Kazakhstan.
