Chinese archeologists started a third excavation on one of China’s most popular tourist destinations — the terracotta museum in Xi’an. Over the past 35 years, more than 1,000 terracotta statues have been discovered. And the new dig is likely to uncover even more treasures.

As the excavation in Xi'an continues, we'll likely hear about more great discoveries. Archeologists predict that there are about 6,000 terracotta figures in the large pit (230 x 62 meters), and more than a 1,000 have already been found on previous digs. Each new discovery will likely draw a lot of attention, bringing more and more Chinese to visit the terracotta museum in Xi'an. This is great for China's already booming tourism industry.

Why I like to create opportunity?

Call it whatever you like. We need to communicate, we need to create new platform to further our quest. Architects need to seek for new projects; and tell the whole world what we are doing. Lately I am looking at Burt Goldman, the American Monk, he is 83 this year and going very strong on his understanding of Quantum Jumping. Suddenly the topic seems to be all over the world. Basically this is Buddha's Teaching and he has the Source Foundation established in Korea during the 2nd World War.

What have I connected?

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Xianyang Hotel-. A 600 rooms 5 star hotel in the city of Xianyang about 20 KM from centre of Xian City. I regard this project as a Source Foundation. It has allowed me to visit Xian twice and the events that follow will be so incredible that you have to rethink how universe operates.

What is the recent connection?

DK has returned to Perth. It is fantastic to develop an apartment project at Joondalup and a JV with Perth Builder to deliver House and Land Package. Another great coincidence in life is a building at Brisbane Street. While I was in Malaysia, I was given a mandate to look at the property in Perth and design a three storey residential units with commercial on ground floor. This building happens to be George's office and lately, through Les and George, I am connected to ETI, to recruit students from China to study in Perth. The scheme will expand to a new college- Ganan International Bisiness College, with new campus in Perth.

What happens in Guyana?

Guyana is a very special country for me though I have yet to land on in one day. Guyana opens a door for me to have a taste on gold, diamond, oil and gas. Again, the Source Foundation was established in coffee shop in Malaysia, the leads are Stephen and Joe. Stephen visited Guyana in April 2009 and established a pathway to CGX Engergy. My role is to make the connection to China. The recent visit of Hu to Brazil re-activate the positive news of greater collaboration.
