 Suncorp signs $200+ million deal with Springfield Land Corporation Date:
27-03-2007 Greater Springfield has celebrated a major milestone, marking its 15th year with the announcement of a joint venture partnership for its $200+ million Polaris Data Centre with leading banker Suncorp. The facility will be Suncorp’s primary data centre for banking operations and the most advanced in the State. The agreement, announced by Queensland Deputy Premier, the Hon Anna Bligh, at a Brisbane function to mark the fifteenth anniversary of the Springfield Land Corporation, also involves Suncorp acting as project financier and a major tenant. |
